Kathleen Hill Tesluk is a seasoned genealogist, with over 40 years of research experience, specializing in New York, New England and the mid-Atlantic states. She currently serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the New York Genealogical and Biographical Society (NYG&B), the nation's second-oldest genealogical society, and is also the Registrar of her local chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Kathleen received a BA from Pomona College and an MA from the Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies. A 1994 graduate of the National Genealogical Society’s Home Study Course in American Genealogy, and more recently, ProGen26, she continues her education by attending national genealogical conferences and institutes.
She is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists, the National Genealogical Society, the NYG&B, the New England Historic Genealogical Society, and the North Carolina Genealogical Society.
